Ingredients
2 lbs. sweet potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 ½ teaspoons of salt
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges and put in a large bowl
3. Add the oil, sugar, and spices to the bowl and toss to coat the potatoes
4. Roast on a baking sheet in a 425F oven until crisp, 30 minutes, turning once
