No-Cook Oatmeal

My mind was blown when my wife came back from a visit to her father with this one. Super simple breakfast! Lots of options, and super fast and easy. You make this before you go to bed, and when you get up in the morning its ready.

Ingredients

1/2 cup oatmeal
Seasonal fresh fruit to taste
Dried fruit to taste (I especially like dried cherries)
Nuts to taste (I usually use chopped walnuts)
Seeds to taste (I like chia seeds)
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

Directions

Pour oatmeal in a cereal bowl. Add the fruit, nuts, and seeds that you want. Pour the milk over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
