Parmesan Cheese (Vegan)

A very good alternative to avoid dairy.

Ingredients

¾ cup raw cashews
3 tbsp nutritional yeast (you’ll find this at Whole Foods or similar store)
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend for a short amount of time. Don’t over-do it. Stores for quite a while in the refrigerator.
