This is a good meal that has a lot of calories for the space it takes in your backpack. You can use your favorite spaghetti sauce. I use spaghetti or angle hair pasta, because it packs smaller.
Ingredients
- 4 oz. pasta (Spaghetti)
- 6 oz. dried spaghetti sauce leather (6 oz. before drying)
- 12oz. water
Directions
- Add water to the pot, then rip up the spaghetti sauce leather into small pieces and put into the water.
- Add the pasta and cook per package directions, stiring occasionally.
- Add more water if needed to complete the cooking of the pasta
- Eat. Could also add salt/pepper or parmesean cheese if available.
