Bullion Spice Dish

For one person.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown Minute Rice
  • 1 chicken bullion cube
  • Dehydrated veggies (I usually use spinach with this)
  • Dehydrated chicken (or packet of chicken)
  • 2 1/2 cups of water (more depending on amount of dehydrated material)
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Add the dehydrated material and bullion cube to the pot of water and bring to a boil
  2. Add the rice and cook to package directions
  3. If using packet of chicken, add it after rice is cooked and stir in.
  4. Add salt to taste.

There are a lot of options with this recipe as far as what type of veggies to use and what type of protien to use. I normally use dehydrated chicken and dehydrated spinach. But the other options are all good. This recipe can be a little bland, and I usually add some salt to it, but you could also use an additional bullion cube.
