Here are my favorite backpacking/bikepacking meals that I use when I bring my stove with me. All of these require a stove to prepare. Some of these are flexible as to the type of veggies or protien that you use, so there can be quite a variety to some of these meals. So, while there aren’t a lot of recipes listed, there is a lot of variety.
All of these are super simple to make at camp and only require one pot. I like to keep it easy when making dinner at camp. I usually will put all the ingredients into one ziplock sandwich bag, so all I have to do in camp is basicallly dump the bag into the pot of water.
All of these recipes are also set up to serve one person only. So, if you are feeding more than one, you’ll need to adjust accordingly.
