It was another hot day, but I was glad that the linoleum was down and could now work on several tasks. I started by cutting out the linoleum for where the L-Track, Heater, and spare tire nut are located. I then attached the longer L-Track to the floor. I ran out of bolts to attach the shorter L-Track section, but I’ll get some more bolts tomorrow and finish that up.
I installed three more wall panels that are along the floor. Some of these I had to trim a little to reduce interference due to the linoleum now being on the floor. One of the wall panels had a 120V and 12V USB outlets that I wired up and attached the face plate for. I now have five of 16 wall panels installed.

I then spent some time working on the installation of the heater. I figured out how I was going to route the wires inside the van. I had to drill one hole in the wall of the van and one hole in the wall panel behind the heater to allow for the routing of the wires. In the hole in the van, I painted the exposed steel and also put some protective grommet material around it. I didn’t get to actually routing those wires inside the van, yet.
I did put the heater on top of the holes I drilled earlier and routed the fuel line, power for the fuel pump, inlet pipe and exhaust pipe through the holes in the floor. I then went under the van and secured the fuel pump and fuel filter to the underside of the van where I had placed M6 rivnuts earlier. I connected all the fuel lines, except the last one that goes to the auxiliary fuel port on the gas tank. I tried to connect this one, but had difficulty. I ran out of time to troubleshoot it today, but will Google it tonight and make that connection tomorrow.

So basically, I have less than an hour of work to do to complete the installation of the heater. The wall panel behind the heater will have to wait until the lower bunk is completed, so that is where I’ll be spending some time tomorrow.
