I didn’t have a full day to work on the van today, so I decided to stick with the wall panels. In the morning, I cut out the remaining seven wall panels that were needed for the van. Three of the seven required some jigsaw work to cut out around parts of the van walls. Here’s a picture of one of the wall panels that goes over the wheel well to give you some idea of the jigsaw work that was needed.

Overall, it was three and a half hours of work to cut out those last seven wall panels. Elizabeth and Artie helped me with a few of the more ackward cuts with the circular saw. Elizabeth also helped me move the pine slats out of the van, so I could get to the birch plywood that I was using to make the wall panels.
After cutting out all of the wall panels, I still have one complete 4′ x 8′ piece of plywood that I will use when I make the cabinets for the van. I also have several scrap pieces of plywood that I hope to be able to use as well.
After my appointments and before dinner, I spent 30 minutes to apply Minwax paste to eight of the wall panels that I put foam on yesterday. So, these wall panels are ready to hang, unless they need holes for wires to pass through, electrical outlets, switches, or lights. So, basically, I’m just setting these completed wall panels aside for a while.
Another reason to use up the wood that I was storing in the van is so that I can put down the linoleum floor. I think the floor will end up going in before the ceiling, as I’m still waiting for the fabric I need to complete the ceiling.
